Sterling has made 3 attempts in last 8 hours to break the 1.6300 barrier. Earlier in the session there were rumors of selling out of Russia at that level. As trendline below indicates it still looks like a point of resistance for the pair. A break of this level could give Gbp/Usd the impetus for a further upward push.
